Notice is hereby given by the Bradford NH Zoning Board of Adjustment for a site walk held on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at 3:00 pm at 212 East Washington Road, Bradford relative to an Application for Variance submitted by David and Ginger Hobart for an ADU to be built at 212 East Washington Road, Bradford.
The variance is due to the amount of ledge on the building site. The ADU needs to be built 90 feet from the existing building rather than the maximum of 75 feet per the Bradford zoning ordinance. The application was accepted by the ZBA on December 3, 2025. A public hearing will take place on Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
