Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 672:3, by the Bradford NH Zoning Board of Adjustment. A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Bradford Town Hall, 75 West Main Street, Bradford NH for an Application for Variance by David and Ginger Hobart, 212 East Washington Road, Bradford, NH, Map 9, Lot 11.
The variance is due to the amount of ledge on the building site. The ADU needs to be built 90 feet from the existing building rather than the maximum of 75 feet per the Bradford Zoning Ordinance. The application was accepted by the ZBA on December 3, 2025.
