<p><strong>BRADFORD PLANNING BOARD</strong></p>
<p><strong>NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING</strong></p>
<p><strong>Earth Excavation Permit Application</strong></p>
<p><strong>Map 7, Lots 26 1, 2, 3</strong></p>
<p><strong>Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 675:7 that the Bradford Planning Board will hold a public hearing on <em>Tuesday, April 28, 2026</em>, at a meeting beginning at 7:00 PM at the Bradford Town Hall, 75 West Main Street, Bradford, NH, 03221.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Pursuant to RSA 155-E an application has been received from Hill &amp; Dale LLC to obtain an Excavation Permit. The purpose of the hearing is to accept the application as complete and receive public comment on the proposed application. Following the public hearing, the Planning Board may vote to approve, approve with conditions, or deny the application.</strong></p>
<p><strong>A site walk is scheduled for Wednesday, April 22 at 2:00 pm, meeting at the Bradford Town Hall and proceeding to the site at 10 Pleasant Valley Road, Bradford.</strong></p>
<p><strong>All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments may also be submitted to the Planning Board at <a href="mailto:planningboard@bradfordnh.gov">planningboard@bradfordnh.gov</a> or sent to Town of Bradford, PO Box 436, Bradford NH 03221 prior to the hearing.</strong></p>
<p><strong>A copy of the application and supporting documents is available for public review at the Bradford Town Office, 75 West Main Street, Bradford, NH during regular business hours.</strong></p>
