<p>The Town of Bradford seeks a part-time facilities maintenance person for basic maintenance and repairs to town facilities.  This is estimated to be a 10-15 hour per week position.  Hourly rate will depend on qualifications, experience, and a successful background check. Ideal candidate will have the necessary skills to perform a variety of projects and assess the interior and exterior conditions of buildings and other facilities.  Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems preferred.  Ability to work with employees from other departments, outside contractors and the public a must.  A full job description can be found on the town website <a href="http://www.bradfordnh.gov" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">www.bradfordnh.gov</a>.</p>
