Ideal candidate will have the necessary skills to perform a variety of projects and assess the interior and exterior conditions of buildings and other facilities.  Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems preferred.  Ability to work with employees from other departments, outside contractors and the public a must.  A full job description can be found on the town website www.bradfordnh.gov.

 

Physical demands are strenuous and work may need to be performed in adverse weather conditions.
