A public hearing will be held at 7:00 PM, Wednesday, November 4, 2026 at the Bradford Town Hall, concerning an application for a Special Exception per Article III Sections D. 2 & 6.
The applicant proposes to install a storage shed no closer to the Town Road than the average of the building setbacks on adjacent properties, and no closer than eight feet from the side boundary
The applicants propose to construct the proposed garage and workshop less than 50 feet from East Shore Drive, and to enlarge a building on a non-conforming lot.
A site walk at the property will be held at 4:30 PM, Tuesday October 27, 2026.
