Notice of Public Hearing on October 27, 2026, for Planning Board Site Plan Regulation Revisions
A public hearing will be held by the Planning Board at the Town Hall at 75 West Main St, Bradford, NH on the 27th day of October 2026, at 7:00 PM on the adoption of various revisions to the Bradford Planning Board’s Site Plan Regulations. The effect of the proposed revisions, as prepared by the Planning Board, would be to revise the Planning Board’s Site Plan Regulations in the following manner:
· Add a new Section VI.M for Add for Industrial, Manufacturing, or Similar Uses addressing the following standards: o General Requirements o Electric Utility Impacts o Air and Water Quality Standards o Façade Requirements o Mechanical Screening Req o Building Entrance Standards o Loading Bay Standards o Buffer and Landscaping Standards o Soundproofing Standards o Lighting Standards
· Add a new definition for Large Water User.
Copies of the proposed revisions are available for review at Bradford Town Hall, 75 West Main St, Bradford, NH, during normal business hours: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday; and, 8:30 AM to12:00 PM on Fridays.
