NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing will be held at 7:00 PM, Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at the Bradford Town Hall, concerning applications submitted by db Design Group for a variance from Article III Section D.1 of Bradford Zoning Ordinance, and for a Special Exception per Article V Section B.2

The proposed project consists of demolishing the existing house and garage, constructing a new house, garage, and workshop, and relocating the existing cabin. 

The applicants propose to construct the proposed garage and workshop less than 50 feet from East Shore Drive, and to enlarge a building on a non-conforming lot.
