Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 672:3, by the Bradford NH Zoning Board of Adjustment. A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Bradford Town Hall, 75 West Main Street, Bradford NH for an Application for Variance by Philip & Michele Vecchione, Map 16, Lot 042, 37 Steele Road, Bradford, NH 03221.
The variance is requesting a side setback variance of approximately 10 feet due to the irregular configuration of the lake-facing lot. The application was accepted by the ZBA on March 4, 2026.
A site walk is schedule for Monday, March 16 at 4:00 pm.
