Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 675:7, by the Bradford Planning Board that a Public Hearing will take place on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Bradford Town Hall, 75 West Main Street, Bradford, NH 03221 for the purpose of amending some definitions of the 2025 Zoning Ordinance as follows:

Article II, V. Frontage

Revise the existing definition of Frontage as follows:

The length of a lot bordering on an accepted public road or on a proposed street on a subdivision plat approved by the Planning Board.

Replace with: The width of a lot measured along its common boundary with a public right-of-way.

Add a new definition: Public Way    

A public right of way which the Town or State has the duty to maintain.

Addition to Article III: Section Q as follows:

Any alterations or improvements made to a Town Road must first receive design approval by the Road Agent and the Select Board.

Copies of the proposed zoning amendments are available for review at the Bradford Town Office, 75 West Main Street, Bradford, NH 03221 during normal business hours and online at https://www.bradfordnh.gov/.

Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Friday: 8:30 to 4:00 PM
