NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Property of: Leonard Ceglarski, Jr. 12 Massasecum Lake Road Bradford NH Tax Map 23 Lot 16 A public hearing will be held at 7:00 PM, Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at the Bradford Town Hall, concerning an application for a Variance to Article III Section D.3. The applicant proposes to install a storage shed no closer than one foot from the boundary on the west side of the property.
