NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Property of: Allyson C Salazar Revocable Trust 72 East Shore Drive Tax Map 20 Lot 29 A public hearing will be held at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at the Bradford Town Hall, concerning applications submitted by db Design Group for a conditional use permit from Article XI Section D. 2 and 3 of Bradford Zoning Ordinance. The proposal has been specifically designed to reduce environmental impacts compared to the existing site configuration. The replacement structure is proposed to be shifted farther from the lake and away from side property lines, reducing encroachment within the most environmentally sensitive portions of the lot adjacent to the shoreline. The project will incorporate stormwater management, erosion control measures, stabilized drainage patterns, and restoration plantings as necessary to minimize runoff and sediment transport toward the lake. Existing disturbed areas will be reused where practical to limit unnecessary clearing and grading. Construction methods will include temporary erosion and sediment controls, stabilized construction access, protection of shoreline vegetation where feasible, and restoration of disturbed areas following construction. The project will comply with applicable NHDES Shoreland Water Quality Protection Act requirements and related permitting requirements. The proposal represents an overall improvement to the site by reducing shoreline impacts and providing a more environmentally responsible redevelopment of this pre-existing nonconforming lakefront.
